All our fillings are made in our own kitchen from scratch with
all natural ingredients with no GMO and no hormone or steroid additives.
We use 100% Canadian premium quality durum semolina wheat and certified
organic whole eggs. Durum semolina is a coarsely milled grain
- it is the choice for the best wheat based pasta.
In addition to our pastas, we also produce great tasting authentic ramen and soba!
